Purpose

This Notice is to clarify the Research Strategy page limit for PA-17-247 Implementation and Evaluation of New Health Information Technology (IT) Strategies for Collecting and Using Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO) Measures (U18) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA).

The Research Strategy page limit is 12 pages. This 12 page limit includes both the Evaluation Plan section and the Implementation Plan section which should not exceed 2 pages each.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged
