This Notice is to clarify the Research Strategy page limit for PA-17-077, Utilizing Health Information Technology to Scale and Spread Successful Practice Models Using Patient-reported Outcomes (R18), Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA).

The Research Strategy page limit is 12 pages. This 12 page limit includes the Evaluation Plan section which should not exceed 2 pages.
