Purpose

This Notice reminds all AHRQ grant recipients who received grant funding from AHRQ in Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 (10/1/2010 - 9/30/2011) that they need to review all FY 2011 documents to ensure that all disbursements have been recorded on the Federal Financial Report. FY 2011 fixed appropriation funds will cancel on September 30, 2016. As of September 30, 2016, undrawn award funding issued from FY 2011 fixed appropriation account funds will no longer be available for program expenditures, obligations, or payment requests in the Payment Management System (PMS). The last day to draw on awards issued using FY 2011 fixed appropriation funds is September 29, 2016 at 5:00 pm ET. The last opportunity to report disbursements on the September 30, 2016 Federal Financial Report is December 31, 2016. Grantees may contact their PMS liaison accountant for assistance.  Information about the PMS can be found at http://www.dpm.psc.gov/.
