The purpose of this Notice is to inform the extramural research community that AHRQ will terminate two Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA’s) as follows:

Patient Safety and Medical Liability Reform Planning Projects (R21)

PAR-11-023 will terminate on March 16, 2012.

Patient Safety and Medical Liability Reform Demonstration Projects (R18)

PAR-11-025 will terminate on March 6, 2012.

AHRQ will not accept applications for these FOA’s submitted after the expiration dates noted above.
