This Notice is to inform the scientific community that AHRQ is changing the application due dates for AHRQ Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), PAR-HS-09-257, AHRQ Grant Program for Large or Recurring Conferences (R13), (see (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-09-257.html) in 2011 and 2012.  Key Dates, including the NEW Application Due Dates, as well as Review and Anticipated Start Dates, for applications submitted to this FOA are indicated below:

Release/Posted Date: August 19, 2009
Opening Date:  November 12, 2009 (Earliest date an application may be submitted to Grants.gov)

NOTE: On-time submission requires that applications be successfully submitted to Grants.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. local time (of the applicant institution/organization). 
Application Due Date(s):  Standard dates apply, please see http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/funding/submissionschedule.htm  

New Application Due Dates:
Application Due Date(s):  In 2011:  February 22, June 21, and October 20.  
                          In 2012:  February 21, June 20, and October 22.    
Peer Review Date(s): Generally four months after receipt date
Earliest Anticipated Start Date(s): Generally four months after peer review date
Expiration Date: January 8, 2013

These NEW application due dates will become effective with the February 22, 2011 due date.  On time submission still requires that applications be successfully submitted to Grants.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. local time (of the applicant institution/organization on the due date).

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.
