This notice is an addendum to RFA-HS-01-005, titled "The Effect of Health 
Care Working Conditions on Quality of Care" released in the NIH Guide for 
Grants and Contracts on March 26, 2001

addendum to the RFA-HS-01-005, AHRQ informs applicants that the deadline for 
applicant IRB approval will be July 13, 2001.
