The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) issued Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) on January 11, 2023 for RFA-HL-24-003 Programs for Inclusion and Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health-Related Research (PRIDE) Coordination Center (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) and RFA-HL-24-004 Programs for Inclusion and Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health-Related Research (PRIDE) (R25 Clinical Trial Not Allowed).
This Notice provides information regarding an upcoming Pre-Application webinar on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 3pm EST to inform potential applicants about RFA-HL-24-003 and RFA-HL-24-004. This will include a review of the purpose and objectives of the FOAs, application and peer review requirements, and budget considerations.
Registration is required to participate in the Webinar.

All prospective applicants are invited to attend the webinar and are strongly encouraged to send relevant questions prior to the webinar by Friday, February 10 at 5pm Pacific/8pm Eastern Time to maximize the use of time. Questions should be sent by email to nhlbi_pride@nhlbi.nih.gov using the subject line: "PRIDE Webinar question". These questions will be prioritized during the Q&A portion of the webinar. While an effort will be made to include all questions in the webinar, it is possible that not all questions will be addressed during the event due to time constraints.
Participation in this webinar, although encouraged, is optional and is not required for FOA submission. A recording of the webinar will not be posted online.
More information about the FOAs, including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) will be made available at the URLs below no later than seven days following the webinar. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the FAQs, which may be updated at any time without additional notice, prior to submitting their application.
