The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that NHLBI's participation in NOT-OD-20-119 "Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Emergency Competitive Revisions for Social, Ethical, and Behavioral Implications (SEBI) Research on COVID-19 Testing among Underserved and/or Vulnerable Populations" will cease on July 31, 2020. An application submitted in response to NOT-OD-20-119 that is intended for NHLBI and received on August 01, 2020 or later will be withdrawn.
