On January 23, 2019, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood institute published PA-19-166 "Implementation of shared decision making for HLBS diseases and conditions (R01 Clinical Trial Optional). The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations as well as Foreign components as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement are eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
