Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to announce the expiration of RFA-HL-17-012 "Small Market Awards: SBIR Phase IIB Competing Renewals for Heart, Lung, Blood, and Sleep Technologies with Small Commercial Markets (R44)". This will negate the FOA's final receipt date. The IC plans to reissue the FOA in time for a new June application due date. The reissued FOA will contain necessary language for the FORMS-E application package and will accept clinical trials.
