Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that the NHLBI will hold a webinar on October 20, 2015, at 9:00AM Eastern Daylight Time and has posted a set of answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding applications for RFA-HL-17-006 "Sickle Cell Disease in Sub-Saharan Africa: Collaborative Consortium (U24)”.

The webinar will be available with the following access information:

Below are instructions for joining the webinar audio conference from outside of the United States via the call back feature:

• Click on the “Join WebEx meeting” link shown above and log-into the WebEx webinar
• Click on the “More” icon (which appears as 3 dots) under “Call Using Computer” OR
  Click the Audio menu, then click on Audio Connection.
• Select the “Call Me” audio option
• Choose the appropriate country flag for where you’re calling from and enter the phone number you want to use to receive the call
• Click “Call Me”
• Your phone will ring. Answer the call and follow the prompts to connect to the audio.
