Purpose

On January 27, 2010, the NHLBI issued a Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA): “Investigator Initiated Multi-Site Clinical Trials (Collaborative R01)”, https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-10-096.html.

The following corrections to this FOA are being made:

Renewals.

OLD LANGUAGE:
The Introduction and response to reviewer’s critiques should be integrated such that an identical Introduction is provided for each application that is part of a cluster.

NEW LANGUAGE:
Each application that is a part of a cluster may provide a separate introduction and response to reviewer's critiques pertinent to that application.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
