This addendum is to clarify eligibility and application requirements for NHLBI-funded applicants responding to NOTICE HG-07-011, published on March 12, 2007, (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-HG-07-011.html): Administrative Supplements for Making Knockout Mice.  Through this program, the NHLBI will support the development of knockout mice valuable toward heart, lung, blood, and sleep research.
Applicants must be the Principal Investigator of an active R01, R37, P01, or U01 grant award funded through the NHLBI with at least 2 years remaining at the time of anticipated award date of July 1, 2007.
