The purpose of this notice is to correct the institutions eligible to submit an application listed in RFA-HL-05-015. In the Executive Summary of this RFA, applications from the following institutions are eligible:

• Public or private institutions, such as universities, colleges, hospitals, and laboratories
• Domestic institutions not, for-profit and non-profit organizations.

In the Eligible Institutions description in Section III.1A. of this RFA, you may submit (an) application(s) if your organization has any of the following characteristics:

• Public or private institutions, such as universities, colleges, hospitals, and laboratories
• Domestic institutions not, for-profit organizations and non-profit organizations.
