The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential respondents 
that the deadline for responses to the Interagency Registry of 
Mechanical Circulatory Support for End-Stage Heart Failure Request for 
Information (NOT-HL-04-103) has been extended to January 15, 2004.  
There are no other modifications to the previous notice.
