Purpose
On April 28, 2014, NHGRI published Funding Opportunity Announcement PAR-14-195 "Centers of Excellence in Genomic Science (CEGS) (RM1)." The purpose of this Notice is to correct information about the eligibility of foreign institutions.
Part 2. Section III.1 Eligible Applicants
In the original FOA, the following information appeared regarding eligibility of Foreign Institutions:
Foreign Institutions
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
Eligibility is modified, with this Notice, as follows:
