Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific community that the National Institutes of Health is accepting applications for whole exome and custom-targeted sequencing projects through the Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR). Small projects requiring whole genome sequencing will also be considered. Details about these services can be found at: http://www.cidr.jhmi.edu under "Next Generation Sequencing".

Access to CIDR genotyping and sequencing resources are available to qualified NIH investigators via an X01 application: http//grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-11-210. A list of participation NIH institutes and contacts can be found at: http://www.cidr.jhmi.edu.
