The purpose of this Notice is to change the application due date to September 8, 2022 and to alert potential applicants that Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) and Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply for RFA-HD-23-026 "NICHD Program Project Grants for HIV Research (P01 Clinical Trial Optional)". The following section has been modified to reflect these changes to the eligibility.
