Purpose

This Notice will change the application due date, and correct the information on eligible organizations for RFA-HD-19-018, "Using Archived Data and Specimen Collections to Advance Maternal and Pediatric HIV/AIDS Research (R21 - Clinical Trial Not Allowed)". The new due date is September 13, 2018. The funding opportunity announcement (FOA) will now allow applications from foreign Institutions.
