Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to terminate the requirement for recipients of Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE), IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE), IDeA Networks for Clinical and Translational Research (IDeA-CTR), and Native American Research Centers for Health (NARCH) awards to provide supplemental annual reports through the Scientific Information Reporting System (SIRS). Effective October 1, 2023, recipients of COBRE, INBRE, IDeA-CTR, and NARCH awards are required to submit annual reports through the Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) only.
