The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) is hosting an informational webinar on Monday, May 2, 2022, from 4:00–5:30 PM (Eastern Daylight Time) for applicants interested in NIGMS Technology Development Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs):
- PAR-22-126 – Technology Development Research for Establishing Feasibility and Proof of Concept (R21 – Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
- PAR-22-127 – Focused Technology Research and Development (R01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed).
This webinar will provide an overview of and information about the NIGMS Technology Development Program and the two FOAs, which support advances in state of the art for technologies of broad utility for biomedical research. A presentation by NIGMS staff will be followed by a live Q&A session, in which participants will be invited to submit questions via the chat box. Participation in the webinar, although encouraged, is optional and is not required for application submission in response to these FOAs..
