Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to remove Resubmissions as an allowable application type in response to PAR-17-340 “Collaborative Program Grants for Multidisciplinary Teams (RM1)”. NIGMS will accept applications from the same applicant institution, with the same or a similar team of PD(s)/PI(s), and research topic, but these applications must be submitted as New Applications. For these applications, an Introduction attachment on the PHS 398 Research Plan form is not allowed. NIGMS will only accept one application per institution per review round, regardless of whether a similar application has been submitted previously or not.

Effective immediately, the text of PAR-17-340 is modified as indicated below:
