Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that were developed after the Public Informational Meeting held in March 2004 are available at the above site. 2. The NIGMS Program Director’s telephone number is published incorrectly in the RFA. The correct listing is Rochelle M. Long, Ph.D., (301) 594-1826. 3. New and renewing Database Groups for the PharmGKB may submit applications two weeks later than the published submission date. The amended application due date is September 2, 2004 for comprehensive database groups only. This will enable the posting of data deposits in a timely manner. Applicants wishing to utilize this date for submission should inform the NIGMS Program Director by August 19. 4. The first meeting of the re-formed Pharmacogenetics Research Network will be June 20-21, 2005 in the Bethesda, MD area. Applicants are being asked to hold availability of these dates. 5. The name of the NIGMS Grants Management representative has changed.
