This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the FDA is revising RFA-FD-13-006 Food Protection Rapid Response Team (U18)," to approved pre-award cost for travel mentioned under the Funding restriction section of the FOA.
The following modification to this FOA is being made:
Pre-award costs are allowable only as described in the HHS Grants Policy Statement.
NEW LANGUAGE:
A RRT Face to Face meeting will be held September 4-6, 2013 for all awarded grantees under this announcement. Any pre-award costs associated with travel to attend this September meeting will be approved if an award is ultimately made to the applicant. Approval of these pre-award costs does not guarantee that an award will be made and any costs incurred before the beginning date of the project period is at the applicant's own risk.
