Purpose

This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the NEI announces it WILL ACCEPT Small Business grant applications proposing clinical trials through the NIH STTR Omnibus Funding Opportunity Announcement, PA-17-303. This reverses the initial statement by NEI on the "PHS 2017-02 Omnibus Solicitation of the NIH for Small Business Technology Transfer Grant Applications (Parent STTR [R41/R42])", PA-17-303. All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
