This Notice is to inform the vision research community that the NEI is amending Notice NOT-OD-05-081 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-05-081.html), "NIH Support for Conferences and Scientific Meetings (R13/U13): Transition to the SF424 (R&R) Form and Electronic Submission through Grants.gov", in the following two ways:

First, Dr. Jerome R. Wujek has replaced Dr. Ralph J. Helmsen as the NEI Research Resources Officer, the program person to be consulted prior to submitting a Conference Grant (R13) or Conference Cooperative Agreement (U13) Award application. (See the NIH Office of Extramural Research site at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/r13/index.htm). His contact information is presented below.
