The purpose of this Notice is to add "Ship Time Request" information to RFA-ES-11-012 and RFA-ES-11-013 as indicated below. In both FOAs, additions are made in
Part 2., Section IV. Application and Submission Information, 6. Other Submission Requirements and Information.

Each Center must budget $5,000.00 per year to support annual OHH meetings in venues to be determined. These funds will be used to support costs associated with logistics of the annual OHH meeting, including facilities necessary for hosting the meeting and traveling outside speakers. Additionally, centers will be responsible for the support of traveling key personnel to the annual OHH meetings.

For projects requiring University-National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS) platform support, the PD(s)/PI(s) should submit a ship time request directly to the UNOLS web site (https://strs.unols.org/public/diu_login.aspx). A completed copy of the request form must be included as an attachment to the application.NOW READS
Upon receipt, applications will be evaluated for completeness by the Center for Scientific Review and responsiveness by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, NIH. Applications that are incomplete and/or nonresponsive will not be reviewed.
