The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and National Cancer 
Institute wishes to give notice of an eight-week change of the receipt date 
for applications submitted in response to RFA ES-03-001, Breast Cancer and the 
Environment Research Centers.  The previous Application Receipt Date of 
February 11, 2003 has been changed to April 14, 2003.  The Letter of Intent 
Date is changed to March 14, 2003.
