Purpose

This Notice informs potential applicants to RFA-EB-16-002 “Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Clearinghouse (U24)” of an issue with how NIH posted the application forms for this opportunity.

The forms were incorrectly posted such that only individuals (not organizations) could apply. As a result, forms downloaded from Grants.gov were prepopulated with “000000000INDV” for the Organization DUNS and the field was blocked from edits. Since NIH requires the application DUNS to match the DUNS in the submitting organization’s eRA Commons profile, any applications submitted with the “000000000INDV” DUNS will fail to process.

The posting issue was corrected on February 17, 2016. If you downloaded the application from Grants.gov prior to February 17 or see the incorrect DUNS in your application, you will need to return to RFA-EB-16-002, download a fresh application package and transfer your application data to the new application package for submission.
