Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) in the program 
announcement PAR-03-035, which was released in the NIH guide for grants 
and contracts on December 6, 2002 at

NIBIB has specific guidelines regarding the submission of NIH Program 
Project (P01) Grants.  Investigators interested in responding to this 
Program Announcement with topics relevant to the mission of the NIBIB
