The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific community that High Impact Research and Research Infrastructure- Cooperative Agreement Program Awards (UC4) funded by NIDDK are no longer eligible for administrative supplements under PA-16-288, "Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research (Admin Supplements).

All other aspects of this Funding Opportunity Announcement remain the same.
