Purpose

This Notice informs the community of an application form issue with RFA-DK-15-011 entitled "Coordinating and Bioinformatics Unit for the Mouse Metabolic Phenotyping Centers and the Diabetic Complications Consortium (U24)".

The application forms package originally posted with this announcement on July 17, 2015 did not include the correct forms for submission. On July 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm ET, the application forms package was updated in Grants.gov to include the correct forms. If you downloaded the application forms for RFA-DK-15-011 prior to that update, you must download a fresh application package to use for your submission.

All other aspects of this Funding Opportunity Announcement remain the same.
