Purpose

This Notice provides clarification and additional instructions for Section III.1 Eligible Applicants, Eligible Individuals.

RFA-DK-13-009 is intended to fund a new TrialNet unit separate from the TrialNet Coordinating Center. There should be no overlap of personnel between the Clinical Network Hub application and the currently funded TrialNet Coordinating Center. This restriction does not apply to subcontracts currently funded through the TrialNet Coordinating Center.

Please note that Section III.3 Additional Information on Eligibility and all other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
