Purpose
This Notice provides a correction and additional instructions regarding resubmissions and Just-In-Time submissions, respectively, for PAR-13-013, "Research Using Biosamples from Selected Type 1 Diabetes Clinical Studies (DP3)".

Budget Component
Do not include either an R&R Budget Component or a Modular Budget Component in the application. This FOA uses Just-in Time information concepts (see SF424 (R&R) Application Guide). Detailed budget information will not be accepted at the time of submission but will be requested as a part of the Just-In-Time information.
