The purpose of this notice is to correct the Peer Review, Council Review and Anticipated Start Dates shown in the Key Dates section and in Section IV. Application and Submission Information Section for PAR-10-090: NIDDK Central Repositories Non-renewable Sample Access (X01).   NIDDK has removed the April-May 2010 peer review date, removed the corresponding October 2010 council review date and added a January 2012 Council Review Date to reflect the July 1, 2011 application receipt date.  NIDDK has also removed the December 1, 2010 Anticipated Start Date and added the March1, 2012 start date.

The Key Dates section and Section IV.3.A: Submission, Review and Anticipated Start Dates are revised as follows:  

Application Due Dates: July 1, 2010, November 1, 2010, March 1, 2011, and  July 1, 2011
Peer Review Dates: August-September 2010, December-January 2011, April-May 2011, and August-September 2011
Council Review Dates: January 2011, May 2011, October 2011, and January 2012
Earliest Anticipated Start Dates: March 1, 2011, July 1, 2011; December 1, 2011, and March 1, 2012
Additional Information To Be Available Date (Activation Date): Not Applicable
Expiration Date: July 2, 2011
