This Notice is to inform the scientific community that the NIDDK is amending PA-10-127: Home and Family Based Approaches for the Prevention or Management of Overweight or Obesity in Early Childhood (R01) and PA-10-128: Home and Family Based Approaches for the Prevention or Management of Overweight or Obesity in Early Childhood (R21) to reflect that Letters of Intent (LOIs) are not required for and are not applicable to these funding opportunity announcements (FOAs).

The following sections of both FOAs are amended as follows:

Key Dates: LOI information is removed.

Sections IV.3.A and IV.3.A.1.: Application and Submission Information, Submission Dates and Times, Submission Review and Anticipated Start Dates, Letter of Intent: All information in this section is deleted.

All other aspects of PA-10-127 and PA-10-128 remain unchanged.
