The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific community that an additional receipt date has been added for RFA-DK-06-015 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-DK-06-015.html). In addition to the originally published receipt dates, a new receipt date of March 27, 2008 has been added to this RFA. Key dates are also changed accordingly.

In addition, effective with the March 27, 2008 application submission date, the NIDDK will accept new and revised applications requesting up to $90,000 per year for salary plus
fringe. The policy change will be applied to current K08 awards for this program beginning in fiscal year 2009. All other provisions of the RFA remain unchanged.
