This addendum is to inform potential applicants of a change in RFA-DK-03-018: 
Grant applications containing subcontracts may exclude the indirect costs of 
these subcontracts from the $250,000 per year limit on direct costs.  The 
budgets of applications invoking this exclusion should be submitted in the 
complete line-item format, rather than the modular format.

All other aspects of the RFA remain unchanged.
