PURPOSE

This is an addendum to program announcement PA-02-073, which was released in 
the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts on March 7, 2002 at 
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PA-02-073.html.
The purpose of this program announcement (PA) is to bring new, scientifically 
challenging and untested ideas into the exploration of the human immune 
system.  This addendum adds the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive 
and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) as a participating Institute in this PA.  All 
other aspects of the PA remain unchanged.
