Purpose

The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) will host a pre-application and technical assistance webinar for individuals interested in learning about or applying for Ruth L Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Fellowships to support dual degree dentist-PhD (F30), graduate student (F31) and postdoctoral (F32) trainees pursuing mentored research training in dental, oral, and craniofacial research.  The webinar will include information about NIDCR predoctoral to postdoctoral transition awards (F99/K00).

The webinar will provide programmatic, peer review and award information along with information on the application process and grant writing strategies, focusing on upcoming revisions to the NIH Fellowship application and peer review processes for applications submitted on or after January 25, 2025.

Attendees will be able to ask questions during the webinar and are encouraged to submit questions in advance to [email protected].
