Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to provide the following clarification to PAR-13-348 "NIDCR Small Grant Program for New Investigators (R03)". NIDCR requires that each Project Director/Principal Investigator (PD/PI) commit a minimum of 2.4 calendar months per year to the R03 project. The requirement of 2.4 calendar months per year is equivalent to 20% effort per year.
