The purpose of this notice is to amend the funding opportunity announcement CDC-RFA-DD06-002.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has amended the funding opportunity announcement CDC-RFA-DD06-002 Surveillance and Epidemiologic Research of Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy. The announcement is being amended to delete all references to the Phase I component of the original announcement due to technical issues the Program has encountered.
