Purpose

This Notice is to inform applicants that the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) has joined the funding opportunity announcement RFA-NS-13-014 , entitled "Pilot Projects on Sports-Related Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Research (R21)" effective immediately. The mission areas of NIDCD are hearing (including tinnitus), balance, taste, smell, voice, speech, and language.

The following sections of RFA-NS-13-014 have been revised to reflect the participation of NIDCD in this FOA.
