Purpose
The purpose of this notice is to clarify that the intent of the RFA is to analyze existing data, including that from human biospecimen data indicated under 'Specimen and Other Resources.' Applications that propose wet lab experiments to generate new data are not responsive.
All other aspects of this RFA remain unchanged.
