Purpose

This Notices announces that RFA-DA-16-007 "Avenir Award Program for Genetics or Epigenetics of Substance Abuse (DP1) is being expired, effective immediately, and will be replaced with a Program Announcement (PAR) using a DP1 mechanism without funds set aside. Applications will compete for funding against the general applicant pool submitted to NIDA.
