Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to notify the community of NIH new guidelines (NOT-OD-16-025) that are relevant to PA-15-250 "Pilot Health Services and Economic Research on the Treatment of Drug, Alcohol, and Tobacco Abuse (R34)". NOT-OD-16-025 identifies NIH's priority areas of health economics research as well as research aims that generally fall outside the NIH mission.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
