This notice is to inform potential applicants of a pre-application web-based seminar for RFA-DA-13-003, to which all prospective applicants are invited. This webinar is intended to explain the goals and objectives of this initiative and answer questions from prospective applicants.

Instructions will be provided on how to join the web-based meeting, as well as participation guidelines and the meeting agenda. Frequently Asked Questions submitted by potential applicants will also be posted to this website.
Questions may be submitted in advance to the following email: [email protected]. The deadline for submission of questions is Monday, August 20th, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. While an effort will be made to include all questions in the webinar presentations or discussion, it is possible that not all will be addressed during the meeting due to time constraints.
Potential applicants to the FOA are not required to attend the pre-application meeting. An archive of the meeting will be posted to http://cancercontrol.cancer.gov/nih-fda/funding.htm as a public resource as soon as possible after the meeting, to provide applicants unable to attend the meeting with access to the proceedings. All applicants are strongly encouraged to discuss their applications with the appropriate NIH IC Scientific/Research Contact and/or Financial/Grants Management Contact listed in the FOA as early as possible in the process.
