PHENOTYPING DRUG ABUSE

PURPOSE

The purpose of this addendum is to clarify the intent of RFA-DA-04-005, which 
was released in the NIH Guide on September 15, 2003, at 
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-DA-04-005.html.  The 
National Institute of Drug Abuse has issued this RFA to stimulate research on 
novel drug abuse phenotypes in humans.  Studies of non-human animals are not 
responsive to the intent of this RFA.
