The National Cancer Institute (NCI) will hold a public pre-application webinar for NCIs Division of Cancer Prevention notices of funding opportunity (NOFOs) entitled Cancer Prevention Clinical Trials Network (CP-CTNet).

The RFA Cancer Prevention Clinical Trials Network (CP-CTNet): Data Management, Auditing, and Statistical Center (DMASC) (UG1 Clinical Trial Required) " was published August 12, 2024.
The pre-application webinars, to be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 1:00 pm – 2:00pm ET (RFA-CA-24-024) and from 2:30-3:30pm ET (RFA-CA-24-025), will provide overall information about the NOFOs and address any special requirements for applications submitted to these two funding opportunities. The goal of CP-CTNet is to perform early phase cancer prevention clinical trials to evaluate the biologic effects of preventive agents and interventions and to determine clinically relevant correlates in order to advance their development for cancer prevention. CP-CTNet consists of two components that will be awarded through two NOFO announcements:

Each webinar will conclude with an open question and answer session.

Note: Questions about the scope of each NOFO will be addressed during the webinar; however, questions about investigators' specific study aims will not be addressed in the webinar and can be directed to the point of contact for this NOFO.
