The purpose of this Notice of Correction is to add missing language to RFA-CA-20-052, Limited Competition: Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (U24 Clinical Trial Required).
The added text pertains to items that can be included in Appendix. Given the inadvertent omission of the description of acceptable items for the Appendix, the following section of the FOA is revised:

Should correctly read (in italics):

Standard Operating Procedures for any remote web-based data collection and in-home assessment; and most recent annual progress report.
